Faites chauffer sur feu doux en remuant.<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 Battez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs dans un bol et m\u00e9langez-y la moiti\u00e9 du lait au miel. Ajoutez le bicarbonate de soude puis le reste du lait au miel et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 Tamisez la farine dans un grand saladier. Ajoutez, peu \u00e0 peu et en alternant les ingr\u00e9dients, la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ainsi que 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron, les fruits confits et la cannelle. Fouettez cette p\u00e2te pendant 10 min environ.<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 Beurrez un moule \u00e0 cake et chemisez-le de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Versez-y la p\u00e2te et faites cuire 1h au four.<\/p>\n<p>\u21d2 D\u00e9moulez et laissez refroidir sur une grille.
